LA CAMPAÑA DE VACUNACION DE GRIPE 

EMPIEZA EL 23 DE SEPTIEMBRE

Puede ser administrada a cualquier persona que desee evitar los desagradables síntomas de la gripe.
Es recomendable para aquellas personas que sufran de: 

• Asma
• Bronquitis
• Enfisema
• Diabetes
• Enfermedades coronarias
• Aquellos con tratamiento de cortisona y/o esteroides
• Personas que hayan sido trasplantadas
• Enfermedades del sistema inmune

También es recomendable a viajeros frecuentes (aeronaves y aeropuertos son ambientes propicios para contagiarse de infecciones respiratorias), así como para personas mayores de 50 años.
Los pacientes que se incluyan en la lista anterior deben comprobar si se han vacunado de neumonia en los ultimos tres años. Esta vacuna protege de la bateria pneumococus pneumonie y es también recomendable ponersela.
Las vacunas de gripe (tanto gripe estacional como gripe A en una unica inyección) y de neumonia estan disponibles en nuestra clinica.

It can be taken by anybody who wants to avoid the miserable symptoms of flu.

It is advisable to those suffering from:

• Asthma
• Bronchitis
• Emphysema
• Diabetes
• Heart disease
• Those taking cortisone or steroids
• Those who have an organ transplant
• Immune system illnesses

It is also recommended to frequent travellers (airplanes and airports are a good place to catch respiratory infections). Also to persons over 50 years old.

Those patients of the above list should check if they have had on the last three years the pneumonia vaccination (the pneumonia vaccination is to protect us from the bacterial pneumococus pneumonie) as it is also advisable to have.

Pressotherapy is a medical and aesthetic treatment that uses air pressure to produce lymphatic drainage. PRIMAVERA Y ALERGIAS - SPRING AND ALLERGIES

Empieza a llegar, tímidamente, la primavera. Las temperaturas se suavizan, y las plantas empiezan a mostrar brotes y pequeñas flores. Es tiempo de alergias.

En muchas ocasiones, lo que tomamos por un resfriado primaveral, no es otra cosa que una alergia. Estornudos, picor de ojos, mucosidad, cansancio...son síntomas habituales de los procesos alérgicos y que, sin una visita al médico, quedan confundidos con un resfriado común. Estos síntomas  sin embargo, pueden agravarse y acabar convirtiéndose en un serio problema de salud.

Si quiere saber si sufre un resfriado o por contrario, es un proceso alérgico, le aconsejamos que visite a su médico quien podrá decirle si sufre de alergias y, en caso necesario, le someterá a un sencillo test cutáneo para intentar averiguar el origen de su alergia.

In many cases, what we take as a spring cold, is actually an allergy. Sneezing, itchy eyes, runny nose, fatigue ... are common symptoms of the allergic process and without a doctor's visit, they can be mistaken for a common cold. These symptoms however, can worsen and end up becoming a serious health problem.

To find out if you have a cold or if it is an allergic process, we recommend you to visit your doctor who can advise if you suffer from allergies and, if necessary, to do a simple skin test to find the source of your allergy.
